Design Team

Say hello to the design team. As the driving force behind our fabric portfolio, they are responsible for designing and curating the collections you know and love. Based in our creative studio, the team are constantly researching and producing new designs. They use a variety of creative methods when forming collections, from drawing and painting to recolouring and digital techniques. The team is involved at every stage of the design process, from initial concept right through to production.

Marketing

Our marketing team are at the heart of PT’s promotional strategy. The team works collaboratively to produce a range of marketing materials, from our collection photography to inspiring content creation and brochures. They also oversee all of our social media. The marketing team is made up of six team members, each with their own individual roles. Based in the design studio, marketing and design often collaborate, on anything from content creation to design meetings.

Customer Service

Our friendly customer service team are on hand to assist with orders and queries, whilst providing the high-quality service we are renowned for. The team go above and beyond to help customers in a friendly and professional manner. The main role of Customer Service is processing orders swiftly and efficiently, but they are also on hand to deal with a range of other enquiries. Their thorough knowledge of the brand means that our customers’ needs are always met.

Accounts

Our accounts department are responsible for all of the financial aspects of our business. They undertake tasks such as updating our financial records, credit control, and managing our staff payroll. Accounts also ensure we are financially compliant as a business. They are integral to maintaining the continued success of PT.

Export

The Prestigious business is a global operation, and our Export team connect us with our international markets. They are a key point of contact for our worldwide customers, and are on hand to make sure their buying journey runs smoothly. Their responsibilities include processing orders, ensuring compliance with customs and shipping regulations, and dealing with general enquiries. They also help us enter new markets in various destinations worldwide, whilst strengthening existing relationships with customers.

Warehouse

Our warehouse team are the beating heart of operations here at PT headquarters. They ensure the metres of PT fabric leaving our warehouses each day reaches its destination efficiently and safely. Working collaboratively out of our state-of-the-art warehouse, they follow meticulous processes and procedures to ensure workloads run smoothly, and that every piece of fabric is accounted for. Our warehouse team are known for their lengthy tenure within the company, with many members of staff being part of the Prestigious family for over 25 years.

PT Blinds

Joining Prestigious Textiles at their headquarters, the PT Blinds warehouse team are situated at Cross Lane, Bradford. All of our Faux Wood Blinds are made by the team on-site. The warehouse staff are responsible for tasks such as cutting, packing and distributing blinds, quality control, and ensuring all workflows run smoothly.
